How to delete a blank page in word – पूरी दुनिया में लाखो-कड़ोरो कंप्यूटर और इन कंप्यूटर पर Microsoft word होता है और इन पर documents लिखे जाते है लेकिन कभी कभी गलती से हमसे एक blank page छूट जाता है और फिर हम इसको delete भी नहीं कर सकते क्यों की इसमें ऐसा कोई delete button दिया नहीं जाता है इसलिए बहुत सारे लोग इसे हटा नहीं पाते है आप ऐसी जानकारी बहुत ही कम जगह पर देखेगे पर हम आपको बतायेगे की आप किस तरह से इस blank page पेज को हटायेगे

MS word में blank page बाकी रह जाने से 2 नुकसान होते है पहला तो की जब आप बहुत ज्यादा ऐसे document प्रिंट करते है तो पैसे की बर्वादी होती है और दूसरा ये की ये document देखने में अच्छा भी नहीं लगता है अब ऐसे में MS word से blank page remove कर देना ही सही रहता है

MS word का लास्ट वर्ज़न 2019 चल रहा है ये MS office का हिस्सा होने की बजह से अपडेट होता रहता है लेकिन फिर भी आप blank page remove नहीं कर पाते है तो हमारे पास एक इसकी बहुत ही आसान सी ट्रिक है

MS Word से Blank Page Delete कैसे करे

अगर आपने कोई टेक्स्ट लिखा है या फिर अपने कोई फाइल अटेच कर दी है तो उसे तो आप डिलीट बटन से हटा सकते है लेकी अगर अपने Extra Page open कर लिया और उसे delete करना है जैसे की आपको काम है 2 पेज का और आपने 6 page open कर लिए तो बाकी 4 page delete करने पड़ेगे लेकिन इसके लिए आपको कोई delete बटन नहीं मिलेगा

यहाँ हम आपको window और mac दोनों के लिए ही ट्रिक बताने वाला हु आप बस ध्यान से पढ़िए और फॉलो करके ms word blank delete कर सकते है

Trick 1: Window and Mac के लिए

• सबसे पहले आप ms word के blank page पर जाये
• अगर मानलो अपने 50 या पेज की word file बना ली है और उसमे कुछ पेज खाली बचे है तो आप last blank page पर चले जाये
• अब Backspace Button दवाए
• Last blank page पर जाने के बाद आप Backspace Button तब तक दवाए जब तक सारे Blank page delete ना हो जाये
• इस तरह आपके सारे blank पेज delete हो जायेगे

मतलब अगर आप ms word में backspace उपयोग नहीं करते है तो आप इन blank पेज को नहीं हटा पायेगे अगर blank पेज जोड़ने की बात करे तो वो तो automatic ही जुड़ जाता है या फिर पेज ख़त्म होने के बाद आप Enter का इस्तेमाल भी कर सकते है और एक न्यू पेज ऐड कर सकते है

Tricks 2 : For Windows

• जिस पेज को आप delete करना चाहते है आप वहाँ पर Ctrl+G Key को दवाए
• इसके बाद आपके सामने एक Popup Open होगा इसमें आप पेज नंबर डाले और GO TO पर क्लिक करे या enter दावा दे
• इसके बाद आपको ये window क्लोज कर देना है

• सब कुछ करने के बाद आप ये खुद वेरीफाई कर ले की अपने पेज नंबर सही डाले है की नहीं, सब ठीक हो तो आप अपने कीबोर्ड पर delete बटन दवाए  आपका blank page delete हो जायेगा

Trick 3: For Mac

• जिस पेज को delete करना है उसपर जाकर आप Option+⌘+G क्लिक करे
• अब आपके सामने एक popup आएगा और आपसे पेज नंबर enter करने को बोला जायेगा आप इसमें पेज नंबर टाइप करे
• अब आप कीबोर्ड से enter बटन दवाये और फिर क्लोज कर दे पर उससे पहले ये चैक कर ले की अपने सब कुछ सही enter किया है की नहीं
